City of Cleveland WILL NOT Collect Waste on Fourth of July Holiday

The City of Cleveland Department of Public Works WILL NOT pick up waste on Thursday, July 4, 2013 in observance of Independence Day. During that week, there will be a one day delay in the waste collection schedule – trash will be collected Friday, July 5th through Saturday, July 6th.  Regularly scheduled trash pick-up will resume on Monday, July 8, 2013.

Cleveland City Hall and all its offices, including Cleveland Public Power and the Water Department will be closed in observance of Independence Day.
