The apron will be constructed half at a time as follows:

•Phase 1:  Construct the south half of the apron while maintaining one entrance lane into the Willard Park Garage on the existing pavement.

•Phase 2:  Construct the north half of the apron while maintaining one entrance lane into the Willard Park Garage on the newly constructed apron.

Vehicles are urged to use caution when driving by this construction area.  This traffic advisory will remain in place until Friday Sept. 20, 2013.  (Dates are weather dependent).  Expect additional traffic notices as work progresses.

The East 9th Street Resurfacing Project consists of the resurfacing of East 9th Street from Carnegie Avenue to North Marginal. The work includes roadway base repair, removal of existing asphalt and replacement, new Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps and pavement markings.

This Project is scheduled for completion by October 2013.
