City of Cleveland Welcomes Calls to Safety Phone Bank and Tip Line on August 13

Mayor Frank G. Jackson, Chief of Police Calvin D. Williams, Safety Director Michael McGrath and detectives from the Cleveland Division of Police will establish a crime tips phone bank on Sunday, August 13, 2017 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Emergency Operations Center at 205 St. Clair Ave.

The purpose of the phone bank is to allow citizens to call in anonymous tips regarding recent homicides and other violent crimes which will assist the Division of Police in solving unsolved crimes.

The call-in number for tips to the August 13 phone bank is 216-664-3673.

After 5 p.m. the public should call the Cleveland Division of Police non-emergency number at 216-621-1234 or Crimestoppers at 216-252-7463.
