PHOTOS: City of Cleveland Black History Month Celebration Honors Armed Forces

The City of Cleveland continued its annual Black History Month celebration with a ceremony honoring the armed forces on Friday, Feb. 8.

The “Building a Sense of Community: A Salute to Black Armed Forces” event honored Triple Nickle Richard JohnsonTuskegee Airmen Roy S. Richardson and Asa V. Newman as well as Buffalo Soldier Thomas Earl Cooper (posthumously).
