PHOTOS: City of Cleveland Kicks Off Annual Rite Aid Marathon

Mayor Frank G. Jackson welcomed thousands of runners and spectators to Public Square on May 19 in celebration of the annual Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon. Runners kicked off the race in Downtown Cleveland near the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.

The weekend also included 5K and 10K races, a half marathon, a 1-mile kids’ run and a wheelchair exhibition. The annual Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon encourages positive and meaningful fitness in the City of Cleveland.
